Excellent Achievement in the CCNA 2016 Exam
Congratulations to all 49 trainees who have been awarded the CISCO Certified Network Associate Examination (Routing & Switching) conducted in April 2016 at the AMC College, Likas Square Commercial Center, Kota Kinabalu! The training sponsored by the Ministry of Resources and Information Technology, once again became very successful with a passing rate of 94%, compared to 82% last year.

CCNA is one of the IT certified professional courses offered at AMC College since 2011. With 112 hours, CCNA Routing & Switching courses are offered to Network Specialists, Network Administrators, and Network Support Networks with 1-3 years of experience. This course confirms the ability to install, configure, handle, and troubleshoot connected and simple switches. This course not only helps to increase the productivity of the IT industry but also provides the highly-qualified potential workforce in Sabah. To participate in the course, only applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience will be interviewed and shortlisted. To date, there are 312 participants who have been trained by AMC College.
In addition to CCNA, AMC is also a test center for Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
Both MCSA and CCNA courses are also offered as part-time courses. In addition, a 2-year full-time Diploma program known as a Diploma in Computer Network is also offered to Form 5 school leavers. This diploma is incorporated with MCSA and CCNA qualifications, and provides a remarkable route to local and overseas universities with direct admission to undergraduate or second-year undergraduate programs. The next recruitment will commence in June 2016, and PTPTN loans and loans are available for students.
