Congratulations to all 50 interns who have been awarded Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification in February 2017 at AMC College, Likas Square Commercial Center, Kota Kinabalu!
Of the 50 MCSA holders, 11 are now looking for jobs and this will increase their job opportunities very rapidly. For other accomplishments, this professional certification award will lead them to career advancement and occupational safety. MCSA is one of the most well-known professional credentials Microsoft provides. Obtaining MCSA Windows Server 2012 certification will qualify trainees for positions as network administrators or computer systems or computer network experts.
The training sponsored by the Ministry of Resource and Information Technology Development, again proved successful at 100% passing rate. The achievement of 100% passing rate has been obtained continuously over the past 3 years, from 2015 to 2017.
To participate in this course, applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience will be interviewed. With a period of 126 hours, the trainees take 3 subjects: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, Managing Windows Server 2012 and Configuring Windows Server 2012 Advanced Services. To date, AMC College has trained 450 participants in MCSE, MCITP and MCSA.
AMC also offers a full 2 year Diploma of Computer Networks to Form 5 school leavers where BEBAS scholarships are awarded to qualified candidates. This diploma is incorporated with the MCSA and CCNA qualifications and provides a remarkable route to local and overseas universities with a direct admission to a second or final year master degree program.
