KOTA KINABALU, 4 July 2026 – MK Group successfully organized its CSR 2026 Blood Donation Drive on 4 July 2026 at Aspena 1, Grandis Hotels & Resorts, reaffirming the Group’s commitment to giving back to the community through meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the blood donation campaign was conducted in collaboration with Hospital Queen Elizabeth II, with the aim of helping replenish the blood supply while raising awareness about the importance of regular blood donation.
The event received an encouraging response from employees, partners, and members of the public. A total of 36 individuals registered to participate, exceeding the initial target of 30 donors. Following the medical screening conducted by healthcare professionals, 25 donors were found eligible and successfully donated blood.
Although not all registered participants met the eligibility requirements, their willingness to step forward and support the cause reflects a strong spirit of compassion and community responsibility.
MK Group extends its sincere appreciation to Hospital Queen Elizabeth II for its professional support and dedication throughout the event. The Group also thanks every registered participant, volunteer, and organizing committee member whose contributions made the blood donation drive a success.
