AMC University College, in collaboration with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) Penampang Chapter, successfully conducted the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications Mastery Course, equipping financial planning professionals with practical AI knowledge and skills to enhance productivity and professional services.
The training programme received support from the Sabah Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (KSTI), allowing participants to attend the course free of charge while encouraging the adoption of digital technologies within the financial services industry.
The programme was led by Mr. Tramizie, an experienced AI trainer from AMC University College, who delivered the course through an engaging combination of interactive lectures, live demonstrations, and practical hands-on activities. Participants explored how Artificial Intelligence can be effectively integrated into their daily work and professional practice.
Throughout the training, participants learned how to leverage a wide range of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and service quality. Key learning areas included:
